Tracey Horth Krueger serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Indiana Coalition to End Sexual Assault (ICESA). For over ten years, Mrs. Horth Krueger has been the principal in a consulting firm she started, thkconsultants. In this capacity, she works with central Indiana non-profits to analyze staff structures and re-align responsibilities, maximizing the organizations’ effectiveness at promoting their missions. Mrs. Horth Krueger and thkconsultants have developed ten results-based strategic plans focusing on positioning non-profit organizations for growth and, in several cases, addressing urgent community needs. She specializes in building these non-profit organizations’ capacity and long-term financial sustainability. Previously, Mrs. Horth Krueger helped form and served as the Executive Director of the Domestic Violence Network (DVN) after facilitating its successful merger with Safe Haven Foundation. While there, she raised in excess of $3 million to fund the DVN’s public awareness initiatives and the Family Violence Community-Wide Plan, secured multiple annual corporate sponsorships, and developed and implemented social enterprise initiatives. Mrs. Horth Krueger also facilitated the creation and implementation of Phases I and II of the Family Violence Community-Wide Plan for Indianapolis, formalized the DVN membership of social service advocates, developed and implemented Employers Against Domestic Violence, and partnered with WTHR to develop and implement the “Shattering the Silence” public awareness campaign. Before her work in the non-profit arena, Mrs. Horth Krueger was a reporter/anchor at WRTV-6. While there, she worked in partnership with the Mayor’s Commission on Family Violence to develop the Safe Haven public awareness campaign, which resulted in the opening of Coburn Place Safe Haven, a transitional housing program for intimate partner violence survivors.
